Adler reserves the right to repair, replace or deny any claim at our discretion. Damage from excessive wear and tear is not covered. Broken blades from prying and throwing, aftermarket modification(s) to your Adler product, or damage from incorrect sharpening are also not covered.

Warranty claim items must be returned to Adler for warranty evaluation. Adler does not cover inbound shipping. We recommend retaining tracking information, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged inbound shipments. Our handles are natural products made of wood, hence they are not covered by the warranty.
