Adler warrants our products to be free from manufacturer defect in workmanship and material. This extends to the original owner and is covered for the lifetime of the tool head of hatchet or axe under normal, non-abusive, expected use. The warranty is restricted to authorized sellers. To be eligible for warranty coverage, you must purchase Adler products from an authorized dealer or directly from Adler.

The breakage of the handle does not constitute a warranty claim. The handle is a natural product made of wood, therefore no warranty can be granted for it.

Adler reserves the right to repair, replace or deny any claim at our discretion. Damage from excessive wear and tear is not covered. Broken blades from prying and throwing, aftermarket modification(s) to your Adler product, or damage from incorrect sharpening are also not covered.

Warranty claim items must be returned to Adler for warranty evaluation. Adler does not cover inbound shipping. We recommend retaining tracking information, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged inbound shipments. Our handles are natural products made of wood, hence they are not covered by the warranty.
